The fourth edition of the “Collega-menti” festival is set to begin

Topics will range from physical and mental health to environmental protection, from regional safety to the quality of contemporary life. The theme of ‘Equilibri’ will be the central thread of the fourth edition of ‘Collega-menti’, the public outreach festival organised by the University of Udine, scheduled from Friday 2 to Sunday 4 October, created to explore the connections between different fields of knowledge and perspectives and to reflect on how to apply new insights.
Under the continued scientific curatorship of Barbara Gallavotti, a well-known science communicator on a national level, the event will transform the local area into a vast open-air laboratory for three days. The fourth edition also introduces a significant logistical and cultural innovation: alongside the historic buildings, theatres and open spaces in the centre of Udine, this year the festival will extend its events to Gemona, Gorizia and Pordenone.
