The Collega-menti festival was launched in Rome: work-related stress and the digital trap, in search of a lost balance

Work-related stress (46.6%) and digital overload (27.4%) are the main triggers of mental health crises. This is the sentiment that emerges from the survey launched by the University for the fourth edition of Collega-Menti, the festival “that brings different fields of knowledge together”. Organised by the University, under the scientific direction of Barbara Gallavotti, the event will kick off in Friuli-Venezia Giulia with over 60 events and will feature prominent guests from the worlds of science, economics and society, bringing the discussion on the theme of ‘Balance’ to a national level.
