Eighty-eight international experts gathered in Nova Gorica to discuss the most advanced control technologies for particle accelerators. The TWoAFC workshop, co-organized by Instrumentation Technologies and Elettra Sincrotrone Trieste, explored solutions and strategies to improve the performance of research infrastructures, including a visit to the FERMI free-electron laser.
