Cosimo Solidoro is the new President of The Italian Oceanographic Commission

Cosimo Solidoro, Director of the Section of Oceanography of the OGS, was unanimously elected President of the Italian Oceanographic Commission (COI), succeeding Rosalia Santoleri. He will remain in office until 2029.
