OGS, within the framework of the MARCOPOLIS project—part of the Copernicus Academy—has launched a series of training events dedicated to the use of Copernicus Marine Service products for coastal monitoring. The first event, held in Bologna on April 9, 2026, was dedicated to the study of marine heatwaves and was attended by staff from Regional Environmental Protection Agencies, the National Environmental Protection System, and PhD university students.
