Climate change adaptation measures can generate unintended environmental consequences, particularly in vulnerable coastal systems. A new study conducted by OGS, recently published in Scientific Reports, analyzes the delicate balance between the increasingly frequent use of MOSE and its effects on the Venice Lagoon ecosystem.
