Dr Jenny Molloy, Assistant Research Professor at the University of Cambridge and Group Leader of the Biomanufacturing Group at ICGEB Trieste, received Special Recognition for Advocacy and Awareness at the 2nd European Open Source Awards. The award recognises her contribution to the development of Open Science Hardware, including building global and inclusive communities and advancing open practices in the life sciences. Her work also includes a key role in establishing the Open Material Transfer Agreement and serving as a founding Board member of the Open Science Hardware Foundation.
