On Thursday, 11 June 2026, at 5:30 p.m., the 2026 Award Ceremony of the CISM–Città di Udine International Research Fellowship will take place in the Sala Ajace of Palazzo D’Aronco, Udine.
During the ceremony, Muhittin Mungan and Damien Vandembroucq will be awarded for the project “Self-organization and Memory in Driven Disordered Materials”, and Martin Kružík and Giuseppe Tomassetti for the project “Dimension Reduction for Magnetoelastic Composites: Rigorous Derivation of Rod Models via a Single-Field Formulation”.
The ceremony will be followed by a concert by the Filarmonici Friulani Youth Orchestra, featuring music by Edward Elgar, José Bragato and John Rutter.
