ICGEB is a partner in the Italy–Austria Interreg project PROMOS, which aims to promote the biomedical ecosystem in both countries and support the creation of new biomedical SMEs through a cross-border technology transfer pathway from academia to the market and clinic.
Among the initiatives to highlight is the Innovation Camp, which will take place from 12 to 16 January 2026 in Bolzano. This training course aims to transfer the skills of young researchers from research institutes, universities, and universities of applied sciences in Austria and Italy, who are part of the PROMOS partnership, toward the development of innovative products for companies. To this end, PROMOS fosters collaboration with SMEs, industries, and commercial partners, promoting effective interaction between scientific and entrepreneurial expertise.
Applications are open until 15 December 2025.
