Training Course on Pathogen Detection and Biosecurity in Trieste

ICGEB and the BWC Implementation Support Unit will host a training course on “Pathogen Detection and Biosecurity” from 23–27 February 2026 in Trieste. The course targets early- and mid-career scientists with experience in virology, microbiology, or molecular diagnostics, working in BSL-2 or similar labs. Participants will gain hands-on expertise in molecular diagnostics, outbreak response, and biosecurity risk assessment.
